Rosemary Roasted Turkey

Ingredients
- 1 kg turkey breast
- 4 strips diced celery
- 4 diced carrots
- 2 diced red onions
- 1 tbsp rosemary
- 1 tbsp chopped sage
- 1 tsp olive oil
- ground black pepper to taste
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Spread the onions, celery and carrots in a baking dish.
- Add salt, pepper and the rosemary leaves.
- Mix together the sage and the olive oil.
- Place the turkey on the vegetables.
- Spread the sage and the olive oil mixture on the turkey.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper on the turkey from all its sides.
- Place the baking dish in a preheated oven to 400° Fahrenheit (200° C) for an hour and a half.
- When the turkey is ready, remove from the oven and let it cool down for 5 minutes before slicing it.
