Turkey in Mustard
Ingredients
- 1 kg turkey breast
- 50 gr dijon mustard
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ⅓ cup low sodium soy sauce
- ⅓ cup lime juice
- 5 cloves sliced garlic
- 1 tbsp coriander seeds
Instructions
- Place the turkey in a deep baking dish, add all the ingredients except for the mustard, marinate the turkey for an hour or in the fridge overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C)
- Rub the mustard thoroughly onto the turkey make sure to cover folds as well
- Cook for 35 minutes (be careful not to dry the turkey)
