Low-Carb, High-Protein Egg Salad
Ingredients
- 4 hard boiled egg whites
- 2 hard boiled whole eggs
- 3 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 chopped spring onion
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp Rosemary spice
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil the eggs.
- Peel and mash with a fork the 4 egg whites and the 2 whole eggs.
- Place in a bowl.
- Add all the remaining ingredients into the bowl and mix.
