Homemade, No Bake Protein Bars
Ingredients
- 5 scoops protein powder
- 5 tbsp peanut butter
- 2.5 cups oats
- 0.5 cup skim milk
- water as needed
Instructions
- Mix in a large bowl all ingredients until even consistency.
- Add water as needed to insure batter has a good consistency, it should be chunky and sticky, not too watery.
- Add the batter to a baking pan and put in the refrigerator.
