Homemade, No Bake Protein Bars

Quick and simple protein bars, with no oven required. 4 ingredients protein bar Recipe. Enjoy these great homemade protein bars.

Ingredients

  • 5 scoops protein powder
  • 5 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2.5 cups oats
  • 0.5 cup skim milk
  • water as needed

Instructions

  • Mix in a large bowl all ingredients until even consistency.
  • Add water as needed to insure batter has a good consistency, it should be chunky and sticky, not too watery.
  • Add the batter to a baking pan and put in the refrigerator.
