Gyoza Turkey Cutlets
Equipment
- food processor
Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 spring cilantro
- 1 egg
- black pepper to taste
- salt to taste
- 1 tbsp ginger spice
- 0.5 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 chopped white onion
- 5 scallions
- 1 kg ground turkey breast
- 1 tsp chili sauce
- 8 gr fennel seeds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 celsius)
- In a food processor, add garlic, onion, scallion, cilantro, and ginger and blend
- Add to a bowl the ground turkey, the mixure and all the remaining ingredients, salt and pepper.
- Mix everything and roll into small cutlets (7 servings of 3 cutlets, 21 cutlets in total)
- Place in a baking pan and bake for 15 minutes.
- Flip cutlets and cook for another 15 minutes.
