Healthy Siniya (shepherd’s pie) recipe – Middle Eastern Fitness Food!

Healthy Siniya (shepherd’s pie) recipe – Middle Eastern Fitness Food!

This healthy siniya (shepherd’s pie) recipe is one of our favorite dish. I have a confession to make. I love the Arabic cuisine. Simply since it has a great mixture of spices that give the food great flavor. However, the only problem I used to come across is that fatty beef and lamb chops didn’t fit my meal plan. It’s not exactly considered fitness food. We, at Fitness Meal Planner decided to change that. After a bit of tweaking and testing, here is a great recipe that will refresh your diet and add color to it!
