Start your day off with some no protein powder, all natural protein pancakes.
This recipe is quick and simple to prepare, taking care of both your carb and protein needs and tastes great. For a whole week meal plan simply multiply it by 7. Make all the pancakes you need for a week and just save it in the fridge.

Equipment

  • a food processor

Ingredients

  • 6 egg Whites
  • 1 Cup oats
  • ¼ Cup of skim milk
  • cinnamon
  • some natural low cal sweetener like Stevia

Instructions

  • Place the oats into the bowl of your food processor.
  • Pulse the oats until they are ground into a powder-like consistency.
  • Separate the egg whites from the yolk (practice patience) and add them into the bowl.
  • Add the milk, cinnamon and sweeter.
  • Mix all the ingredients till you get a nice uniform consistency.
  • Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat.
  • Pour a cup of batter onto the griddle. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
