- 1 kg chicken breast
- ½ tsp thyme
- ½ cup red wine
- 3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
- ground black pepper to taste
- salt to taste
- ½ kg cooked whole wheat pasta
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 onion
- ¼ cup coriander, chopped
Cut chicken into half an inch stripes.
Add to chicken spices, wine, soy, vinegar' lime and chili.
Mix ingredients well and place in fridge for an hour.
Partly prepare pasta as manufacturer's instructions.
Cut the onion to stripes, add to a pan with oil and cook till soft.
Add chicken without liquids and fry until prepared from all sides
Add the liquids and pasta and cook for additional 3-4 minutes
Add coriander.
