1chopped white onion

1kgground turkey breast
1tspchili sauce
8grfennel seeds
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 celsius)
In a food processor, add garlic, onion, scallion, cilantro, and ginger and blend
Add to a bowl the ground turkey, the mixure and all the remaining ingredients, salt and pepper.
Mix everything and roll into small cutlets (7 servings of 3 cutlets, 21 cutlets in total)
Place in a baking pan and bake for 15 minutes.
Flip cutlets and cook for another 15 minutes.
