Ingredients

  • 6 halved Chicken breasts 3.3 pounds

For Marinade:

  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 9 springs of coriander
  • 2 tbsp ground coriander seeds
  • 1/4 cup Chipotle
  • 1/4 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp salt

Instructions

  • Blend all marinade contents together until achieving homogeneous texture
  • Place chicken breasts in bowl or ziplock bag with marinade for at least an hour in the fridge. If possible let it marinade over night.
  • Take out chicken breasts and fry in a pan until golden (little to no oil required due to marinad).
  • Serve with brown rice and some vegetables.
