Oriental Fish and Noodles

Fish and noodles, tomatoes and spices make a great whole dish for fitness freaks.

Ingredients

  • 4 fillet tilapia
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 6 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 chopped spicy green pepper
  • 4 grated tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp no sugar tomato paste
  • 300 gr whole weat cooked noodles
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp spicy paprika
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 spring parsley
  • 1 spring coriander

Instructions

  • Prepare noodles according to manufacturer's instructions
  • Heat olive oil, add the garlic, pepper, tomatoes and tomato paste and cook for a minute
  • Add the paprikas, lime juice, cumin and salt
  • Add water, parsley and coriander, cook for 5 minutes
  • Add the fish to the sauce and cook on low heat for 2.5 minutes each side. Remove the fish and place aside
  • Add the noodles to the sauces and cook for 3 minutes
  • to serve: garnish with few coriander leaves
