- 4 fillet tilapia
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 6 cloves minced garlic
- 1 chopped spicy green pepper
- 4 grated tomatoes
- 1 tbsp no sugar tomato paste
- 300 gr whole weat cooked noodles
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- 1 tsp spicy paprika
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- ½ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup water
- 1 spring parsley
- 1 spring coriander
Prepare noodles according to manufacturer's instructions
Heat olive oil, add the garlic, pepper, tomatoes and tomato paste and cook for a minute
Add the paprikas, lime juice, cumin and salt
Add water, parsley and coriander, cook for 5 minutes
Add the fish to the sauce and cook on low heat for 2.5 minutes each side. Remove the fish and place aside
Add the noodles to the sauces and cook for 3 minutes
to serve: garnish with few coriander leaves
