- 1 kg ground lean beef
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 chopped white onion
- 1 clove minced garlic
- ⅓ cup red wine
- 1 lemon
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 chopped spicy green pepper
- 40 gr sliced green olives
- 3 tbsp caper
- 40 gr raisin
- ½ tsp ground clove
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 20 gr almonds
Peel tomato skin and cut into cubes
Cook the onion in the oil in a pan until see-through
