Ingredients
1kgturkey breast
4stripsdiced celery
4diced carrots
2diced red onions
1tbsprosemary
1tbspchopped sage
1tspolive oil
ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
Spread the onions, celery and carrots in a baking dish.
Add salt, pepper and the rosemary leaves.
Mix together the sage and the olive oil.
Place the turkey on the vegetables.
Spread the sage and the olive oil mixture on the turkey.
Sprinkle salt and pepper on the turkey from all its sides.
Place the baking dish in a preheated oven to 400° Fahrenheit (200° C) for an hour and a half.
When the turkey is ready, remove from the oven and let it cool down for 5 minutes before slicing it.
