Ingredients

  • 1 kg turkey breast
  • 4 strips diced celery
  • 4 diced carrots
  • 2 diced red onions
  • 1 tbsp rosemary
  • 1 tbsp chopped sage
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • Spread the onions, celery and carrots in a baking dish.
  • Add salt, pepper and the rosemary leaves.
  • Mix together the sage and the olive oil.
  • Place the turkey on the vegetables.
  • Spread the sage and the olive oil mixture on the turkey.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper on the turkey from all its sides.
  • Place the baking dish in a preheated oven to 400° Fahrenheit (200° C) for an hour and a half.
  • When the turkey is ready, remove from the oven and let it cool down for 5 minutes before slicing it.
