Tuna Spiced Penne

- 400 gr whole weat cooked penne
- 1 can crushed tomatoes (800ml)
- 10 chopped basil leaves
- 2 cloves minced or chopped garlic
- 16 gr pickled lemon
- salt to taste
- ground black pepper to taste
- 440 gr tuna in water
- 1 spring chopped parsley
- 3 chopped leeks
- 100 gr low fat sour cream
Place the crushed tomatoes, basil, garlic and pickled lemons in a pot.
Cook with cover for 20 minutes at low to medium heat.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Drain the tuna and mix with leeks, parsley and sour cream.
Add tuna mix to tomato mix and cook for another 20 minutes.
Add the pasta.
Serve warm.
